4 corner ties? thats it?

not sure what all of the great reviews are for. the cover is too large for a standard king and there is only 4 corner ties to keep the duvet in place...which is insufficient

Thank you Simon for bringing your concerns to our attention. The first thing that stands out is did you ever measure the size of your own duvet? Since our covers are triple checked to confirm their correct sizing and too allow for shrinkage after repeated washing.
Most times people in the king size end up putting the length and the width in the wrong way since it can be confusing because it looks quite similar. In the queen size it's a square so it's quite easy.
In terms of the corner tie tabletops again the product listing never claims to have eight tab loops so why would you assume it to be so? I've been using four loops for years and it works fine as most covers or duvets don't have any. It's best to check the specifications if you're looking for a specific requirements before purchase..
