Orders ship within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays excluded). Shipping is free on orders over $99 in both Canada and the United States; orders under $99 are a flat $25. We require a signature on delivery and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All orders are shipped within 5–10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. Normal shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm EST. You will be notified via email or phone if there is a delay, and you will have the option to cancel your order before shipping.
Down Under Bedding does not guarantee any particular delivery date or time — estimates are based on previous shipping history.

Down Under uses different shipping companies for most shipments across Canada and the United States. You will be required to sign for the delivery, or go to the nearest postal depot if you are not home, as the delivery notice will be in your mail or on your door. We cannot use your preferred courier unless you provide us with a prepaid shipping label, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders shipped within Canada: the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us. Orders shipped to the United States are final sale and cannot be returned — shipping back across the border to Canada, with customs and possible duties, costs more than a return is worth. If a US order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we make it right without asking you to ship anything back. See our Return Policy.
Down Under reserves the right to cancel orders where the shipping charge is prohibitive and not feasible. Examples include Hawaii in the USA or Whitehorse in the Yukon Territories, Canada.
