You have 30 days from delivery to return most items (clearance excluded). Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (we ship free on orders over $99). Refunds go to your original payment method, and damaged items are replaced within 30 days. Email dwnunderbedding@gmail.com to start a return.

Can I return a product?

Yes — Down Under strives to satisfy every customer with quick, easy returns. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. Down Under Bedding may refuse a return or charge a 30% restocking fee on any product that is not returned in appropriate condition.

All purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery except clearance items. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

What if I need to ship my return?

Contact us at dwnunderbedding@gmail.com. If you need to ship back a return, please let us know and we will respond within 48 hours, Monday–Friday. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

What if my product is damaged?

We want to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. We hope it doesn't happen, but if a product arrives damaged we will replace any damaged bedding within 30 days of purchase or delivery. If the original product is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar product, at our discretion.
