Can I return a product?

Yes, you can. Down Under strives to satisfy each and every customer with our quick and easy returns. Please contact us and will respond with 2 business days. 

 

How long do I have to return products?

We understand how busy you are, so we give our customers 30 days to return products. However as a small family run business we value your feedback at any time before and anytime after a purchase. Please contact us and will will always try to help. 

 

Is there anything I can’t return?

All purchases can returned. Please note since all products have free shipping, you are responsible for the shipping back. 

 

How will I receive my refund?

 Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment.

 

How does warranty coverage work ?

Please contact us via email or Toll Free 1 888 624 6484 as we direct you to the appropriate manufacturer customer care department to assist you in your claim. Down Under Bedding does not provide warranty coverage directly but will assist you in contacting the correct customer service for your claim. 

 

What if I need to ship my return ? 

We guarantee your satisfaction with our quick and painless process. If you need to ship back a return, please  with your information and we will respond back within 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Shipping charges on returns are the customers’ responsibility.

 

What if my product is damaged?

We want to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we will replace any damaged bedding within 30 days of purchase or delivery. If the original product is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar product, at our discretion.
