CARRIERS
Down Under uses Different shipping companies for most shipping across Canada & in the United States. The customer will be required to sign for the delivery or go to the nearest postal depot if they are not home, as the delivery notice will be in the mail or on your door. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS: Orders shipped within Canada: the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us. Orders shipped to the United States are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, because shipping back across the border to Canada, with customs and possible duties, costs more than a return is worth.
