CANADA RETURN POLICYReturns must be sent in their original packaging and undamaged condition. For any returned item that does not appear to be in proper condition, Down Under Bedding reserves the right to refuse it or to impose a 30% restocking fee.
Since we typically offer free shipping on orders, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order back to us.
We provide our clients with 30 days to return things because we are aware of how busy you are.
