Empress Duck Down Duvet Comforter With Corner Tie Tab Grips

Purchaes this in the spring. Love it, when we went south for the winter purchased another one. Great customer service and delivery both times!!!!!

I am very happy with this duvet. It is light and luxurious.

We have been using this duvet for a few weeks. Shipment arrived quickly and was well packed. I had read reports that there might be a bad smell from duck down but there is no smell at all. The duvet seems to be very well made. Fits our duvet cover perfectly. The duvet is very warm. Very happy with this purchase.

Both the products were at the same price. Then I found the goose down comforter is only good for the summer. It was lightweight, and the loft power was less than the Empress duvet.
But I was looking for something a bit warmer for the winter. After a quick check, I found the Empress duck down duvet, which had a 650 loft power. The thread count of the cotton shell of this duvet was also greater. So, I picked this one.
After getting the delivery, I was just amazed at how good this duvet was. That plush coming from a duck down duvet was so cherished. I promptly went to bed to try the duvet, and the comfort was mesmerizing.
The cotton shell was so soft that I didn’t feel any irritation on the skin. Even after being under the duvet for a good while, it wasn’t extremely hot inside. But the ‘oomph’ I needed was right there.
The biggest problem with my previous duvet was it didn’t conform to my body while sleeping. I felt there were holes and crevasses here and there. Those little air pockets contained discomfort.
But the Empress down duvet does the opposite and holds me perfectly so that there is no air pocket inside. And, no matter how hard I push the duvet, it stays fluffy and comfortable.
This was my first time shopping from Down Under and definitely not the last time. I am fully satisfied with their product and service and will come back in the future.
