These pillow cases are made of 100% pure combed cotton. Don't be fooled. "Microfiber" is really 100% polyester Micofiber is simply a marketing term for 100% polyester. Always choose 100% Combed Cotton. The fabric also has a classic Swiss Dot white damask design instead of being just a boring solid white color. The size is oversized to 21" inches wide and 32 inches long to allow a generous fit since most pillow cases are only the smaller size of 20" x 30". Made in China
